It’s that time of year when I have all and I mean all of of my family members are texting me asking what I want for Christmas. To be honest, this year I didn’t really know what I wanted. There’s always the different items I ask for year after year, but then I always throw some other items on my list as well. I thought I’d compile my favorite items in case anyone else was struggling with what to ask for, or if you’re shopping for anyone else on your list.
Statement Outerwear
This year I found myself drawn to a lot of different statement jackets. Living in Ohio its always super cold and I love adding statement outwear to any outfit to dress it up or simply add a pop of color, pattern, or texture. These are my favorite ones I’ve found and are all on my list. These are all from Abercrombie no surprise, but they always have a ton of sales especially before the holidays. I’m sure there will be a major deal on these in the next few weeks.
Perfume
I used to buy different fragrances from Bath & Body Works all the time. But I quickly realized that they don’t last as long. When I was in Paris last year I bought the Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume, and have been obsessed ever since. I saw Sephora is doing a perfume sampler this year that includes samples of thirteen of their favorite fragrances and a certificate to redeem a full size of your favorite one, its such a cute idea! There are so many designer fragrances included that you can’t go wrong.
Jewelry
I always throw a couple classic pieces of jewelry on my Christmas list and then a couple of statement pieces. I’ve been trying to grow my jewelry collection over the last few years and am super drawn to classic pieces, especially gold plated. I can’t link my favorite earrings that I recently bought through RewardStyle, but these are the best. I’ve been wearing them non stop and don’t bother my ears at all. These are also another great every day pair. I love that they’re gold plated as well. I’ll link the other pieces on my list below.
Lululemon Basics
Every year I add a couple basics from Lululemon to my list just to have some updated items. They’re expensive but the best leggings I’ve ever bought, and truly worth every penny. My favorite leggings are the Align 25″, because you basically feel like you’re naked in them, but my favorite pair for working out is the Wunder Under. I love their joggers as well, and added a few different pairs to my list this year.
Makeup Favorites
I use this time of year to stock up on my every day makeup favorites as well. So many places will be having sales on products from now until December. You can check out this post to see my every day makeup routine and how I use them.
Hair Tools & Products
I asked for a new flat iron this year because mine is a few years old and just about at its end. But I linked a few of my favorite tools I’ve gotten in years past as well.
Abercrombie Favorites
Basically told my family that anything from Abercrombie was on my list this year. It’s no secret that I always shop there. I linked a few of my favorites pieces below. Thinking of doing another blog post diving into all of Abercrombie’s sales for the holidays, let me know if any of you are interested in that as well.
Booties
I’ve been crazy about buying every day and booties to dress up lately. I added these to my Christmas list because I’m obsessed with them. But I’ve seen some other great options on Nordstrom, Lulus, and Target that I love as well.
Planner
Every year I get a planner for Christmas for the upcoming year, I’ve been getting one every year since high school! I linked my favorite one, the Erin Condren LifePlanner, as well as some other options below. The LifePlanner is my favorite because you can customize it with whatever works for you and your schedule, and since thats different for everyone this is the perfect planner.
